The Russell J. Salvatore Orthopedic Unit at ECMC is a beautifully maintained, welcoming, professional and caring environment. The patient rooms are spacious and clean. Every staff member showed a commitment to patient care and rehabilitation. A very sincere thank you to Doctors Marcus and Cindy Romanowski who provided the best care possible, the nurses who worked around the clock and the physical therapists who made the rehabilitation process easier. The care I received far exceeded my expectations.

I came to ECMC a very nervous knee replacement patient… I left confident, relaxed and comfortable in my ability to care for myself.
